What are Scan Lines?
Scan lines generally refer to a line of vertical resolution, running across a screen horizontally, on a cathode ray tube (CRT) computer monitor or standard-definition television (SDTV) screen. Third Scan Lines

The cnt in [20,25] remains 1. No change, so the effective length of the x-axis currently covered is 10, which is the interval [15,25]. So the magnified area is the brown part in the image.
